The method of SoftSeat coated furniture is introducing foam, that by application of a technique works as a closed skin on all types of foam. This includes on cut foam and form foam. The possibilities and applications are indefinite. The material is gentle, strongly and very hygienic. Recently the coating is also more and more used on wood, metal and polycarbonate, due to the excellent resistant to weather conditions.

A large advantage is that there no stitches in the product, and that all forms, colour and textures belong to finish possibilities. Beside the hygienic and aesthetic advantages it is also money-saving against traditional upholstering. Furthermore each product can be finished impermeable for water by this method.

The coating, which is used by SoftSeat, has been tested in a lot of different areas like fire retardant (BS 5852), durability, disinfection, maintenance and sound reducing. The coating will be improved and innovated constantly to adjust it to market specific needs.

The applied coating systems are almost entirely water based and CFK free.

The production method makes us very flexible in sizes, number of products, colours, structures and compositions:

• Sizes from 10 centimetres up to 10 meters.
• Numbers from 1 piece to serials of 1000 pieces.
• All RAL-colours can be applied.
• Several structures and compositions be introduced.
